yes... my life is so boring that i have nothing to blog.. so i've decided to share my beauty secrets with anyone who visits my blog. I think it's important that you do this spa facial at least once fortnightly.. preferably once in a week.. although i've heard experts who suggest twice a week, i think i have not time, and it may be too harsh for delicate skins. Yup.. after this facial thingy, i promise you a more radiant skin and you will feel refreshed! this should be done before you sleep such that your skin will regenerate itself during your sleeptime... 1) Cleanse your face with a suitable cleanser. It's important to choose the right one. Tips: If you r face is oily, you lack of water/moisture. so choose one that is water-based/gel kind. If your face is dry, you lack "oil". hence you need to choose one that will be abit more oily/ cleansing milk. 2) Prepare a basin of hot water(not boiling!) and place your head above the hot water and a towel over your head to keep the steam to your face. Steam for 5 min. USE A TIMER! 3)Exfoliate with a exfoliating lotion/ marvel gelThis step is rather important as it removes dead cells and also improve blood circulation of th skin, revealing a natural glow. Rinse with warm water 4)Mask!This is the most enjoyable step. Choose your facial mask wisely... there's alot of different variety on the shelves but i suggest that you choose reliable brands such as Nivea Visage. And yes! you must ensure that your pores are still open so that the nutrients can penetrate fully into the skin.Follow the instructions strictly.. ( There's two kind... sheet- mask and clay mask) Sheet mask is more convenient but less effective.. and clay masque is more "nutritious") 5)TonerAfter your mask..., you need to close your pores! Apply GENEROUSLY! I suggest using toner without alcohol or 100% alcohol free. Olay have a good one.. but can't find it anymore. The reason is alcohol may dry your eyes and can cause blindness.. 6)MoisturiseSame thing here.. choose the correct one.. the oily kind or the less oily kind.. I recommend johnson's baby lotion and Hazeline. 7)SleepAccording to studies, regeneration takes place at 11 pm to 3 am.. So sleep before 11pm! That's all... simple! You have to take care of your skinfrom a young age! and more intensively when you hit 20!!! Love yourself.. because you're worth it!
